So far, once a season, someone’s family becomes a patient. In season 1 it was McKay and her ex plus her son. In season 2 it was Mel’s sister. Assuming Langdon has a bigger role in season 3, it makes the most sense to be his wife.

Honestly I hope it’s Abby!! This isn’t to say we should lose hope in kingdon, but just to keep my expectations and hopes from getting too high, if they’re not going the divorce route with Langdon then I feel like Abby coming into the picture is absolutely needed. As much as I want kingdon to happen, I honestly am open-minded to Langdon staying with Abby as long as they can show it as a healthy and loving dynamic and sell me on it. Patrick ball is such a great actor that if they want the audience to know that he loves his wife, I have faith that he could absolutely sell me on that. However, the kingdon side of me wants abby to come and for us to see them fight/ have a big blown up argument😈😈 or show some kind of resolution on them deciding on divorce or something. It would be soooo juicy

If it is Abby, it just bothers me that Noah is constantly dropping this crap in interviews. He does that about even stuff that you know telling us it’s gonna be the Fourth of July after season one ended you know it’s like hey man, can you shut your trap - would that be possible? Because we know at least publicly doesn’t love Kingdon romantically I feel like I’m being trolled a bit
