the inmates should be protected while in carcerated in any prison in the US ,They're housed inside a wall or fenced facility they cant protect themselves when a fight occurs or an in mate attacked in a cell they can not get free to call for help , inmates have families that care they would like to know their love ones are safe while the inmates serving time in state or federal prison Thank you concerned friend, sister,aunt, mom, cousin I could be
