I need all of you to know I hate you. I hate fish tank maintenance. Hate it. Now I have a whole set up shopping list in my Amazon cart while I scrub and remove the rust off this old sewing stand because I have a vision and it’s all yalls fault on this dang app. Jerks.

Ive never had a rimless tank but everyone I see has some sort of mat underneath the tank I maybe wrong but im just telling you!!

This is honestly a pretty sad tank for a betta. And they like shallow water believe it or not! Sweet spot is around 8 inches but I’ve had heavily fined long tails that have done amazing in even shallower. You probably will need a lid as well, or decrease the water debth 2-3 inches below the rim

wait quick question have you guys ever got a horrid salty smell on some of the decor. I had a silk plant and rocks and i had to scrub the rocks and throw the plant away it smelled so bad. not sure if its from algae or bacteria.

Beautiful!! I would recommend slanting your heater tho and pushing it down a little so if there’s evaporation it doesn’t explode!
