If two out of three black homes are missing a Father then you can absolutely say there is some kind of a moral deficit how many professional athletes have between six and 10 kids with five or more different baby mamas? Even with the means to support them, many times the court system has to be the only way that these women get any money out of a multimillionaire. It is 100% a moral deficit mostly for the fact that every Father that leaves the home sets the wrong example for their kid who will probably make the same decision
