Replace Tim with Damian and make Dick Batman and the game does way better , this isn’t even because I’m a huge fan of Dick as Batman (I am) but having a Batman just sells the game to more people and Damian is more popular than Tim Drake .

I like Gotham Knights but its a Batman Game without Batman and it makes me mad. You could have just had Batman absent during most of it/fake his death and incorporate the Batfamily into the story more then the arkham games did and it would have been a lot better.

Honestly I'm tired of people hating this game for not being an Arkham game. I really appreciated that it tried to give a little more focus to the world around Batman. I liked that it actually cared about giving the playable characters their own styles. I loved that Nightwing could basically fight 5v1 with ease and Robin is pretty much the only one that could stealth an entire encounter. It was cool that they finally focused mystical side of Red Hood instead of just making him DC Punisher. I do have a gripe with how they kinda phoned it in with Batgirl by basically making her a Batman clone. If anything, the story should have put the character development plots upfront instead of hiding it in side missions and the audio logs.

It was rlly fun to play with my hb but the moment it comes down to a solo game it got lame quick. But the plat grind with my hb as Jason and Dick was hella enjoyable

I'd say it was a good game, but the problem is people forget games aren't always gonna be in the same universe, so people for quite a while weren't even comparing the games, they were set for quite a while that it was set in the Arkham trilogy universe, I feel without the Arkham trilogy delusion and comparing, without that constant comparing I think people would've liked it far more cause the features in my opinion are alright, I won't deny that they could've definetely been better, but for a standalone game, while it's definetely not the best, it still is good, it's just unfortunate the review bombers really ruined the games chance cause if people instantly didn't decide to call it the worst thing in existence, they probably would've fixed most of the problems players hated
