In a South Carolina primary, you do not have to be republican to vote in the Republican primary. You can be a democrat and vote for the lady who is never held a seat who has never held onto a job for very long so that when the election comes around you can vote Democrat. I’m not saying these are all strategic votes, but some of them are.
