My husbands a police officer. (Leadership) and he believes she did NOT do the act based off evidence alone. Apparently there’s only 35 police officers in Duxbury and they don’t even have a homicide unit. These are small town/full time cops doing detective work. Yeah… they made a few mistakes.

The last witness, the slow speaker who kept glitching and taking long pauses. He said LC didn’t want to take Lamictal because it could cause a rash. That’s a huge understatement, it can cause Steven Johnson Syndrome. It is a valid concern.

I am an IBCLC and I have no idea why no one is talking about weaning induced PPD/PPP/PPA. Some moms have no psychiatric symptoms until they wean (which causes a MAJOR hormone crash). My understanding is that Lindsey weaned 2-3 months before the incident, and her symptoms began around that time. Why is no one talking about this??

So everyone says she can’t talk but Patrick said she talked. Hmmmmmm something doesn’t make sense here. Now I’m not on the train of “Patrick did it” but a lot of things are not adding up. No credible expert witnesses, two mentions of “mortal sin”, and two prosecutors that don’t know what they’re doing

I’m confused …. How does it not disprove it? If the 911 call is only her grunting, if the EMTs say that’s all she did, & Patrick is the ONLY one who says otherwise… then why are we believing that?

Medically it has been established between the spinal fracture which damages her diaphragms ability to expand, liters of fluid in her chest, crushed thyroid and CSF pooling in her throat/coming out of her nose.. there is zero possibility she was doing anything but grunting/gurgling. Patshit also testified EMS arrives 3-4 minutes after his call started… EMS and Leo’s all confirmed she was unable to breathe let alone speak words
