When I highlight ✂️@HairByNoora ✂️ hair, We like to keep it simple without over toning by lifting her hair to the perfect level using @Olaplex no1 in the lightener. we embrace the brightness of the raw lift. If we decide to tone we would use mainly clear mixed in to ensure we have sheer deposit. The results are so gorgeous with her brighter blonde hair.
