🙋🏻‍♀️Diagnosed AuDHD last year at 36. The first two days I took my 10mg of Vyvanse I fell asleep sitting on the couch working on my laptop. It was truly like my mind just went q u i e t for the first time. I gradually increased to now 50mg, and it has been such a game changer. Just be careful to make sure it kicks in when you’re focusing on what you need to be lol

Hi yes I realised I’m AuDHD after starting Elvanse (I think it’s the same medication). My adhd was masking so much of my autism before. I feel so much more like myself and free now.

I was on Stratera and it did nothing for me. It only helped for my anxiety and compulsion. I will see if maybe a stimulant helps 🤔

I love my life now 😭🤍 it feels so good to have ADHD medication. I haven’t tried Vyvanse but other meds do this

yes girl the ✨️silence ✨️, works even better for me with 30 mg of protein , electrolytes, sunlight for 10 mins. first thing in the morning. it can make you a bit heat intolerant! enjoy the first week and truly journal and creative works

Yessss it feels like magic like I remember thinking to myself omg this is what it’s like to be clear and calm. I know where my keys are 🥹and it doesn’t have to be hard all the time. I only have adhd tho atleast that im aware of. if you’re ok sharing, how does the medication impact the au part of audhd?
