If the music can be heard outside than that’s a problem. It’s not like it’s a bar, pub, nightclub that’s away residential areas. If the gym is near houses or apartments, condo then yes there is a justification to stop the offence. Even 10am is a little early for loud death metal. Even heavy metal musicians would not be playing in the morning.
