Unless specified by that particular brand to use boiling water then DO NOT USE BOILING WATER. Even the brands that say to use it you have to cool it down first. None can be used with freshly boiled. Using boiling water destroys a lot of the nutrients in the formula. Hot water breaks apart the amino acids and proteins in the formula.

never put boiling into plastic, or just buy a glass container. I use nutramigen and cannot use boiling water at all

The biggest mistake is using boiling water. It can reduce the nutritional value of the baby’s formula and make it less beneficial. Try using lukewarm water instead; it will dissolve.👍🏻

NEVER boiling water it kills all the nutrients. They mean previously boiled water cooled. Not boiling hot water 🙄🙄

as long as you let the water cool for 5mins before adding formula your fine, but if you do it quite literally second after its boiling it can destroy the nutrients in the formula.
