@cooper.simson: Getting hired is so easy right because the bar for applications has gotten so low… Everyone is using the same templates applying to hundreds of jobs and putting the bare minimum effort in and then they’re surprised when they don’t hear back… I know so many people who are hiring right now that are desperate to find talented people But the problem is that nobody is doing the basics to stand out in their application applications. If you want to get seen and get hired, make sure you read the job description.
