Judge wrong as hell. There is no castle doctrine in a place of business. The police were there on a valid criminal complaint. Judge doesn’t give a shit because they can’t be sued no matter how fucked update of a ruling they make. Disbarred maybe, highly unlikely, very rare, but prohibited from be sued for damages.
