@anidbanuelos: ☕️ WHY IS MY COFFEE NOT DOING WHAT I NEED IT TO DO? ☕️ A few months ago, my morning coffee had become less of a ritual and more of a REQUIREMENT. 😂 I was tired. I was busy. And honestly… I felt like I needed that first cup just to become a functioning human being. 😂☕️ But then I started thinking… What if my coffee could be more than just something I drank because I needed a pick-me-up? What if I could make my morning cup part of the bigger picture? Because I have some pretty BIG reasons to get my health back on track. One of them is being a better Nana. ❤️ And I don’t just want to be the Nana who sits on the couch and watches the littles play. I want to be the Nana who gets down on the floor. Who runs around outside. Who plays. Who keeps up. Who says, “YES, Nana can do that!” 😂 I want to be around for a LONG time… But more importantly, I want to actually LIVE those years. ❤️ So I started looking at some of my everyday habits a little differently; including the thing I was already drinking every single morning. ☕️ My coffee. And let me tell you… that’s where things started to change. 👀🍄 I’m starting a little 5-day Coffee Conversation this week because I want to share what I discovered, why I changed what’s in my cup, and why this has become one of my favorite parts of my morning routine.
