I have PCOS, and my doctor put me on a variant of this that works the same, called Mounjaro, and I lost 25kg in 18 months. I am now at a healthy weight for the first time in my life since I was 14 (I am now 22). I feel so much better and I am slowly getting off the medication so I can live healthier, naturally. But I hate telling people that I had help losing weight, because there is always an immediate judgement that comes with not losing weight "organically". Please spread more science backed information so that we can form an educated society. Loved the video, now I even understand why the medicine worked so well for me. This is super educational. You know, the funny thing is society shames people for their weight even when they try to lose it naturally and continues to shame them when they try to lose weight through medication.
