COTTAGE CHEESE WRAP BLT 🍅🧀🥓🥬 Ingredients: 3/4 cup cottage cheese 1 tablespoon pesto 1 egg For the BLT: 3-4 slices thick-cut bacon, fully cooked 3 tomato slices Handful of arugula Balsamic glaze Mayo Salt and pepper Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F . 2. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, pesto, and egg until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray, spreading it out into a thin layer to form the wrap. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the wrap is set and the edges are golden brown. 5. Remove from the oven and carefully slide the parchment paper off the baking tray to assemble the wrap. 6. Layer the bacon, tomato slices, and arugula onto the center of the wrap. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomato slices, and add mayo, salt, and pepper to taste. 7. Roll up the wrap tightly and serve immediately. #highprotein #cottagecheese #EasyRecipe
