Maria Malu, we love you Sesame paste: - 3 cups black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon flakey sea salt - 1/4 sweetener of your choice (agave, honey, maple syrup) - 1 cup warm water 1. Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry pan over low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir regularly to toast them evenly 2. Let the seeds cool down a bit 3. Transfer the black sesame seeds to a blender or food processor. Add the sea salt and sweetener, then blend for 2-3 minutes. 4. Then add water to the blender and continue blending until smooth. This may take a few sessions of blending depending on how strong your blender is. 5. Transfer the paste to a glass jar and store in fridge #healthyhair #blacksesame #EasyRecipe #family #fyp
