press criminal trespassing charges, if need be while on phone with 911, statement needs to be made that they forced a locked gate and your in fear of your life.

I remember a video where a cop jumped over a fence and the guy wasn't home but arrived when the cop was on his property somewhere. he opened his gate drove his truck and then you started hearing gunshots. Guess what, the guy was well within his rights because the cop trespassed. If it's private property & it says no trespassing that means you're not allowed on it not even if you're a cop without a warrant.

I would have called 911 in front of that cop to report him. criminally trespassing and refusing to leave that way. it's on a recorded line and a report will be generated

Just another prime example of dirty cops breaking the rules just because they feel they have that stupid little badge that they can do so, then, I get upset when people don't want to cooperate, this guy should be fired and never be allowed to work in law. Enforcement again
