If I'm in a lobby for more than 15 mins without an update, I leave. Sure, the person they could be interviewing before me may have overran, but if I was 15 minutes late with no warning, I'd be told to fuck off. I once had an interviewer email me back 35 mins after I'd initially signed in and told her I was in reception. She asked where I was, I'd gone to a deli and was on the way home eating a club sandwich on the train, so I told her I was on my way back home. 😭 I don't know who tf these companies think they are.

20 years in recruitment here- if they won’t post the salary in the job description- red flag - if they won’t tell you the salary range before asking you to commit time and effort into their process- run.

lol I just started a job and they were like yea we love people that take initiative to learn other parts of the building and I was like o so you pay based on knowledge and they were like o no but you should want to learn more and better the company incase people don’t show up so I laughed and said that sounds above my pay grade and they got pissed off but to late you alrdy hired me and have me in orientation 😂
