I just wanted to make that clear. don't put President Obama's name out there as if he was going on a hunch.U.S. intelligence estimates varied widely, ranging from 30% to 95%, with a separate competitive "Red Team" analysis estimating the probability at roughly 40% to 60%. oh you were a member of the red team...CORRECT!
