Nobody is arguing that it would be Michael’s decision as far as timing goes, quite the opposite: it says he who restrains is *taken out of the way* - he’s still on Gods timing. Not sure why you inserted that in order to refute something that as far as I know, nobody’s arguing the point. Also you say Michael doesn’t have the strength or power to restrain Satan but we see an angel doing exactly that in revelations 20 prior to the millennial reign. Let’s be real, the truth of the matter is, you probably NEED the restrainer to be God / Holy Spirit in order to believe pre-trib.

I do not claim to know when. I’m paying attention to what’s going on. It seems things are accelerating. My family has all been talking about how it feels like we’re going to see the end in our lifetime. I agree with most of what you teach but unlike these other guesses I showed the scriptures and the translations of witholdeth is to restrain the principalities, powers of dark forces in the spiritual realm, so those scriptures show Michael to be the restrainer.

but where does it say the restrainer derives its authority from itself? and in fact, the verse literally says the restrainer will be removed. it doesn't say it will remove itself. God has the authority to let Michael do whatever God gives him the power to do. that's a weak rebuttal imo. (disclaimer, I don't believe it's Michael, just commenting on the "logic")

In the same way you deny its Michael we can agree that its not the HolySpirit because the Holy Spirit is not named and also another reason is if the Holy Spirit is removed hiw can those saved during the tribulation receive the promise from Jesus of those saved receiving the Holy Spirit if he is removed before the end
