The cop 'considers it an electric bicycle' 🚲! Things have changed since I was at school. . I was always told the 'Bi' (or 2) in 'Bicycle' literally means 2 wheels! The 'Uni' (or 1) in 'Unicycle' literally means 1 wheel! . Do these cops not understand the math or is their insatiable need to generate income by issuing citations and fines so overwhelming that it negates any semblance of common sense!
