@c5news: A young boy was heartbroken after learning his friend has stage four cancer has raised more than £70,000 to help him. Maison Turner-Potter, 11, is fighting for his life after being diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer two months ago. The cancer has spread to the 11-year-old's groin, head, neck and spine and he has a 20% chance of beating it. Oscar Steers, who is the same age, met Maison on his first day at school in Chichester, West Sussex and they’ve been mates ever since. With the help of his mum, Oscar set up a fundraising page and is running a mile every day for 30 days to gift his friend the best treatment available. As of Tuesday evening, £72,571 had been donated. #5news #cancer#friendship
