Actually, that young man should be a hero in a good samaritan and be protected by the law.Being he was not the judge. Actually should be disbarred for that ruling. And when my opinion, the parents should be charged with child neglect child endangerment, and possibly negligence in other ways the young man should sue them for dragon him into court and the prosecutor that failed to prosecute the parents for not having safeguards on a fourth floor balcony.So that child could not get out there or go through the rails and the rails it should have meant minimum standard for child safety, especially at that height. The hand rails are supposed to be taller the hen. Rails are supposed to be if it's a metal rail are supposed to be narrow enough a child can't slip through Em. The building is out of date and the parents for living on the fourth floor not having safeguards in place to keep the kid off the balcony should be in prison.And the kid should be removed and placed into child services for its own protection

How the f*** is he supposed to be paying money to someone that he saved their kid from possibly dying from hitting the floor if he didn't catch the child, the child wouldn't have be living at this time. So no, that was not fair. You shouldn't have been paying any money. In fact, the mom should be paying him money for even thinking of suing him.

there should be NO lawsuit against the teen. the mother should be held accountable. if she had time to watch the child fall and suggested a tree would have somewhat softened the fall, makes me wonder what mom was really doing at the time of the fall.
