She should definitely have a penalty. At that age, I don’t think prison would do much good for this crime, but I think a stay in a facility for seniors with mental disorders perhaps for a while to have her completely evaluated. What she did was completely off the wall.

So people know a flare gun is an incendiary device not a firearm and this is trying to light someone on fire rather then shoot them. 5k is a joke glad to see judges making good decisions to keep crazy people off the streets.
