As an ex employee of theirs, yep. Get them out. They don’t employ people with any animal care experience, they push their staff to hit sales targets and hit KPI targets ensuring no time is left to properly care for the animals. 10 years ago it wasn’t this bad. It’s only going to get worse. Get them out.

Signed. Pets at home are terrible in general. Rabbits aren’t rodents and their products advertised for rabbits are dangerous. Breeding and selling animals while keeping them locked up is heinous. Do better pets at home

My pets at home is quite good for care there cages are a decent size obviously not big enough but they have better wheels than usual and they have a decent amount of bedding so it’s not just a small layer. And when someone goes to buy an animal they say about cage size

I was buying some more dubia roaches for my bearded dragon. they also had reptiles for sale in the stores. I kid you not every one of those animals were up on the glass. tissue paper for flooring, one hide, one branch, one tiny water dish per enclosure.
