Let's talk about America's immigration policies. As an American citizen, I need two forms of valid ID, proof of income, a rental history, background and credit check, and first and last months rent with a deposit not to mention the nonrefundable application fee if I want to move. A "refugee" has none of these things and is able to move right on into a house/apartment. This is only possible because the government will buy/rent places for these "refugees". Every time the government has let refugees into the country, prices have increased. The property values in the areas the government uses will increase. An apartment complex rents 10 apartments to the government for 2 years at $1000.00/mo, the owner of that complex will take the money, paint the buildings, pave the parking lot, and raise the rent on the American citizens that are already struggling with bills. Now that same apartment is $1500.00 and when the government shows up again, what do you think is going to happen?
