Saucy Baked Chicken & Potatoes 🍗🥔 Ingredients * 1 package chicken thighs * 6–7 potatoes, sliced * 3 onions, sliced * 4–5 tbsp olive oil * Salt & black pepper * Paprika * Dried oregano For the sauce * 1 tbsp tomato paste * 1 tsp minced garlic * ¼ cup olive oil * ½ cup milk * 1 tsp paprika * 1 tsp dried oregano * Salt & black pepper Instructions 1. Add the sliced potatoes and onions to a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and dried oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well. 2. Spread everything evenly, then arrange the chicken thighs on top. 3. Mix the tomato paste, olive oil, milk, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth. 4. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken. 5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45–55 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and fully cooked and the potatoes are tender. 6.
