i missed a flight because of this .. but when i came with the old passport with new flight tiket they didn’t ask for the old passport.. in i dia also tbey didn’t ask for the old passport.. and they informed that they can check online for the visa.. so if in the counters if we meet some stupid and unemphatic personal they enjoy seeing others to suffer.. sadist

logically before travel u need to know you must hv pasport n visa of the country destinations needing visa. at times the pasport could have expired but visa is not, so u can use the visa, its compulsary to take new and old pasport. this is NOT a new requirement.

Brother why your agent didn't update you or you were not aware of this. Even OCI card holders must also update in the system if you applied for new passport. 🙏
