@culturetrip: 🍅 La Tomatina is the world's biggest food fight. Every year, on the last Wednesday in August, the small Spanish town of Buñol turns red as thousands of people descend to lob tomatoes at one another. The festival began between a few friends in the 1940s but is now an enormously popular event for both locals and travellers the world over.
