As a physical therapist assistant and a horse rider I LOVE the belly button to the back cue. Lots of riders get back pain early and it’s because of them not understanding how to sit and use their core.

I was told never to pull back when turning I was told to pull near the ears so the horse doesn’t get confused. I like when people teach different things.

Shoulders or forward rather than back toes are turned out heels are not down. Chin is in the chest. She’s looking at the ground. Is there anything else you want me to pick apart about her second lesson and the poor equitation in which you’re teaching her?
