China 🇨🇳 side should hv taken the responsibility of informing the Neplease side of the huge quantity of ice n water that had accumulated which could break the dam any time ! But they did nt which led to this massive disaster in the Neplease side due to the same dam breaking causing massive flash flood ! Many villages swept away! Deaths could be very very high! A very sad day indeed !!
