Respectfully. 🤌🏾🎨 Caramelized Baked Sweet Potatoes Ingredients 4 medium sweet potatoes, cleaned 1/3 cup olive oil 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions Grab 3–4 medium sweet potatoes and slice them lengthwise, right down the middle. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until it forms a smooth, lightly thickened mixture. Add the sweet potatoes to the bowl and coat them evenly, making sure the flat side is fully covered. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sweet potatoes flat side down. Bake at 400°F for 50–55 minutes, until the bottoms are deeply caramelized and the centers are tender. Let them cool for at least 10 minutes before moving them.
