A question for people that have to wear glasses. what are they supposed to do to make sure that they are seeing "true" light? pretty much all glasses and contacts these days are UVA and UVB blocking and blue light as well whether or not you ask for it. as a high myope what am I supposed to do?

What about pingueculas? I love the sun and never wear sunglasses but have these things growing on my eyes. I refuse to believe it’s from the sun but still worry about UV!
