People forget hcws are just regular people in scrubs. I need everyone to know that no matter the profession, unless the person is a literal robot, they will gossip about you and others. Trust and believe in the duality a man to be able to talk shit and also get shit done and correctly. If it makes you feel any better sometimes we talk shit about the mean patients to the next patient who’s also pissed at that patient. Really makes the day go by try it sometime.

Shit I forget my patients’ names and histories the second I clock out, so I could never gossip 😅 might see your face tomorrow and remember you maybe. Always gotta pull charts to keep them straight in my head. Barely pay attention to coworkers on the clock.

I literally left a job and snitched before. I was still in the training/ shadowing time frame. We went into a patient room did a ekg and asked your regular questions. Immediately after finishing up and coming out of the patient room. The lady that was training me said "she was acting like a big baby... and why she have her hair in that side ponytail like it's the 90's" 🤯i snitched and left
