My uncle was a biologist. Although raised Catholic as an adult he was an Atheist, he only believed in science. He would not accept mine and my mother’s perception that our “Soul” would live on. At the end of his life he and I discussed this again and I found the sentences and I saw the brief glimmer of understanding. “Energy has no beginning and no end, energy just is. Energy can not be destroyed only transformed. You KNOW we are made of energy. I just call it a soul”.

gonna sound woowoo, but yesterday evening when my family and I were rock hunting (yes, we're those people) on lake Superior my husband and I found the most beautiful unusual rocks in all the colors. it felt like she was there helping me find my rocks of many colors. she's here with us still.
