So if it leaks through the grout or underneath base trim water will just sit stagnant under the tile and on top of waterproof yes? Sounds like mold to me

Go through all that trouble to waterproof the floor but leave the vanity in place..the other potential water leak in the bathroom, you leave it and waterproof around it 🤦 god forbid you have to change the vanity in the future because it had water damage
