Those slow blinks in cat body language is a sign of trust; he’s looking at you and slowly blinked, that’s his way of saying he trusts you and he’s comfortable now. Cats can go HOURS without blinking and certainly wouldn’t do it around anyone they deemed unsafe, nor just lay there as it makes them “vulnerable”

They’re both so gorgeous. Bowie reminds me so much of my childhood cat Kal-El. He had the softest temperament and was just the best boy ever. I hope they keep making good progress. They’ve been so brave 🤍🤍
