Omg your testimony I thought I was the only one with this similar situation this is what I’m going through 27 years married 3 adult children and 3 kids under age 14 I haven’t gotten an apology for his behavior and I also started therapy in ministry and going through this is hard. God told me to focus on him don’t worry about my husband.

The gaslighting is so dehumanizing, toxic and mind numbing. My therapist told me to learn how to not need his validation or apology by admitting his gaslighting. God validated the abuse.
