@dr.kavita.t: Pumping is a wonderful tool and one of the hardest ways to feed your baby! But you do not have to pump! If breastfeeding is going well for you do not think you just pump. Pumping is so helpful for so many people but mainly because the support systems are seriously lacking! #breastfeeding #pumpingmom #postpartum #lactation #newborn

Any tips on reducing an oversupply? My baby is not able to empty me fully. I’m having to feed on one breast and pump the other to avoid being engorged. I’m producing around 4-6oz per side per feed. My freezer is full so I’m planning to donate for now!

My 4 week old refuses to remove milk every 2-3 hours overnight. Given supply regulation I should pump instead?

Do you recommend pumping if you have low supply? I struggled to have enough for my first bubs saw 4 IBCLC and none had anything helpful,so hoping second time if I incorporate pumping into our routine from beginning I may have enough to not do formula top ups??

Would you say if I can only remove about 4oz a day, that that’s still worth my time pumping??? Is that enough to still be beneficial for my 8month old??
