This is what I honestly don’t understand about some drivers. Yes agreed the silver car was at fault, but I don’t see why the black car would be moving at such speed,? We should look after each other. One person makes a mistake, the other tried to reduce the severity or even prevents it

As an ex claims handler, it's shocking how often people blame parked vehicles... "Well I only hit them because they were parked on double yellows" No mate, you hit them because you drove poorly and collided with a stationary vehicle.

How on earth are people divided on this, when there’s a clear road marking at the end of the junction showing that the silver car very obviously does NOT have right of way… if you’re worried that you can’t see ahead cause of parked cars, edge out slowly, don’t just slam your foot down… jeez. Feel like this is just common sense???
