THIS IS A DANGEROUS MYTH. Ciprofloxacin and metronidazole are antibiotics, not abortion medicines. Their bitterness has nothing to do with their ability to terminate a pregnancy. Research does not support using either drug to cause abortion. Taking medicines unnecessarily during pregnancy can expose you and the pregnancy to avoidable risks.
