field sobriety tests are 100% subjective to the officer. you could pass the test with flying colors and they can claim that you hinted at being impaired so you failed. any lawyer with a modicum of respect would tell you to never take a field sobriety test

I am not impaired, but I do not consent to any testing." • Do NOT refuse a breath/blood test if arrested—that triggers automatic suspension in most states. Take the test, then fight it later with a lawyer. • Invoke your 5th right only to remain silent—don't answer questions about where you've been, how much you've had, etc. Say: "I'm invoking my right to remain silent and would like my attorney." • Keep your hands visible, be calm, and don't argue—arguing gives them more to write in the report.

It’s too easy, “I don’t consent to any FSTs. I’m not impaired. I will take a breath test.” Say nothing else, don’t engage in conversation or back and forth. Repeat that over and over. They will use ANY performance of FSTs to argue PC no matter what.

It’s never a lawful otter he cannot say diarrhea coming out of his mouth is a lawful order just cause he asked you. You wanna take this test you have the right to decline if he wants to falsely arrest you under the suspicion of DUI he has to take a blood test for it to be accurate.
