I believe Patrick did it. I think Lindsay is being framed and her mental health is being used against her. She believes she did it because she was TOLD she did it when she was not in a proper state of mind.

EMTs placed an OPA in her airway to keep it open… a patient has to be fully unconscious for this procedure; they cannot have a gag reflex. She was not having any clear conversation.

I think he did it, he used her mental illness to convince her she did it, I think he drugged her, she was in and out of consciousness that’s why she said “ she heard a males voice, I think she wasn’t sure when she came out of the coma that’s why she changed everything to her mom and not legally to Patrick, I think she was painted the monster by him so she started to believe she did it.
