If she was trying to kill herself overdose; why crush the pills up and put in the lemonade? Why? Why not just swallow them like like all her other pills? Sounds like someone crushed them for her and mixed in the lemonade so she wouldn't know they were in the lemonade. That is so suspicious and makes no since at all. Also why did he have the pills with him? I guess I missed that...

It depends on her lawyer's closing argument. Will he point the finger at Patrick again? Will he call the confession into question? I hope that among the twelve jurors, there are quite a few who notice the holes in the case. So far: Not guilty by reason of insanity, or a few believe she didn't do it at all. Maybe a hung jury.

The fact that the prosecution witness is the one who testified that she couldn’t remember and had to be told speaks volumes about how the prosecution truly feels about this case. I think they know the truth is that she didn’t commit these atrocious crimes but they were tasked with prosecuting it based on the minute amount of “evidence” collected at the scene. Basically nothing was preserved truthfully. No prints miniscule amounts of dna preserved and so on. I’d be so anal if I were the evidence collector I’d have been fingerprinting the bowl on the couch the plates on the counter top anything laying at any crime scene rooms would be sealed in a paper bag. Period! They BOTCHED this entire case. Even The window frame and bedside table should have been taken into evidence in my opinion.

My question is why wasn’t Patrick questioned frm the get go , isn’t that protocol in an investigation…. The police just had taken Patrick’s words for what He said because he threw out the mental card on Lindsey right away…..

she can't remember what happened because trazadone alone does this to a person, I'm on trazadone it literally zones you out and you halucinate and you feel as if your paralysed it's like a tranquilizer strong sedative ,within 5 0r 10 mins of taking this alone that's how you feel u don't remember going asleep only waking up trying to put the pieces together of what happened after u take this and u can't remember nothing just taking it then waking up still in a hazey dazed state , the fact there were other meds crushed with this she would defitnitly not function at all to do any of this,or able to do any of this, but hey that's my opinion and my side effects of this medication alone 😔

As a neurodivergent person, I could see the holes & inconsistencies from the start likley due to pattern recognition that comes with ND. Im hoping & praying the jury sees what we see bc Lindsay doesnt deserve this!

I also keep thinking of Karen Reads’ trials, the misogyny, the corruption of LE & DA, no justice for John O’Keefe, I pray for justice for these 3 children and their Mother- Mass has some serious legal and ethical problems
