Just wait until they have the audacity to charge you an outrageous electricity bill next month. When Nashville lost power for over 2 weeks after the snow storm, they were getting power bills of $500+. It was disgusting. Meanwhile they cut the budget for tree trimming, which was a big reason for the massive outage. It sucks to be the last ones to get it back. So sorry yall are going through this
