I was once this 19 year old, except I listened to the dr. Spent a decade on birth control. A decade of it hiding my symptoms and when I came off to try for a baby, my life was ruined, because a decade of untreated pcos/pmos has left me in a condition that has me bed ridden most days from pain, exhaustion, blood loss and constant infection from cysts bursting and still all the drs offer is more birth control.

Honey ovulation is for pregnancy any one that’s wants to get pregnant will ask about them about ovulation period or window a 19 year old women will know that and if she wanted to know about her cycle she will ask about cycle not about something that’s happens before and after
