@aplussocials: When I taught HS, I left work at work. The bell rang and I was done. Now that line is gone. I'm on the couch with my kids and my phone is in my hand and I'm physically there and not present, BUT they can tell the difference. That's the whole reason I automate, streamline, and outsource everything I can. Because being physically there is only 50% of the puzzle. And this is the side of UGC that you won't hear about on socials. Being a full time creator is a real job with real tradeoffs, and anyone selling you a version without mentioning the REALITY of this life is just trying to sell you the UGC dream… just to sell you their course.
