RANDOM WARM TAKE AS A RANTER! It is very stupid to reply to comments that say why did she kill the butterfly with "she is just a kid!" since teachers do teach kids that butterfly's are DELICATE and must be handled with gentle movements as a example was my elementary teacher.. And even if she wasn't is elementary school yet the adults near her probably said "be gentle! It's a butterfly!" or "be very delicate when touching the butterfly!" as that it is a normal response to say to a little kid that doesn't know anything in the world as their very young!
