Those prices are insane for what looks like incredibly ordinary food. I can think of half a dozen Italian restaurants within a 15 minute drive of me that would do all these dishes perfectly for a fraction of the cost. With obligatory tip, $375? Madness.

Carbone is good. But not worth the ridiculous prices and the tiny tiny portions. If you order the roasted chicken KNOW that you will only get 1/4 of a chicken for like $52 in Dallas.

I book for both Carbone & Torrisi and each night they can turn tables twice , so approximately 140 diners and they are always booked out . Taste is subjective but they are definitely not hurting .
